Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on your order quantity. Typically, it takes 15-30 days.
Q: How do you control quality?
A: We have a quality control team that follows Total Quality Management (TQM) to ensure quality. Every step complies with ISO standards. Additionally, if desired, we can provide photos and videos of the products. Each product is fully assembled and thoroughly tested before packaging and shipment.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If any component is damaged, simply provide a photo of the damaged part, and we will replace it free of charge. Depending on the product quantity, we also provide free spare parts for vulnerable components. Technical support is available if needed.
