Foil Coil Technology sets a new standard for low-voltage windings. Crafted using a continuous copper foil section, paired with F-class turn insulation, these coils are precision-wound on specialized low-voltage foil winding equipment. This design eliminates critical pain points in traditional coils: it mitigates high short-circuit stress in low-voltage, high-current setups, balances ampere-turns, enhances heat dissipation, and eliminates issues with winding helix angles and inconsistent manual weld quality. To boost durability, winding ends are encapsulated in resin and cured, creating a moisture-resistant, anti-fouling barrier. Lead copper bars are welded automatically via argon arc technology, ensuring seamless, high-integrity connections.
 
Intelligent Temperature Control adds a layer of operational safety. Equipped with a signal thermometer, the transformer embeds temperature-sensing elements in the upper section of low-voltage coils. This allows real-time, automatic detection and display of individual phase coil temperatures. Beyond monitoring, it includes over-temperature alarm and trip functions, preventing overloads and safeguarding long-term reliability.
 
Clear Insulation Level Indicators simplify specification and safety compliance. Insulation performance is graded, with clear labeling to denote capabilities. For example, a transformer with a 35kV high-voltage rating and 10kV low-voltage rating uses the designation LI200AC85/LI75AC35. Here, LI200 indicates the high-voltage side withstands 200kV lightning impulses and 85kV power frequency voltage, while LI75 denotes the low-voltage side handles 75kV lightning impulses and 35kV power frequency voltage—ensuring transparency and alignment with global safety standards.
