Description

Description of High Voltage Switchgear

The XGN2 type modular high-voltage switchgear is engineered to excel in three-phase AC power systems, operating at rated voltages of 3KV, 6KV, and 10KV with a rated frequency of 50HZ. Designed primarily for receiving and distributing electrical energy, it stands out as a top choice—especially in scenarios demanding frequent operation, where its robust performance ensures consistent reliability.

A key highlight of this high-voltage switchgear lies in its versatile busbar system: built on a single busbar foundation, it offers exceptional flexibility to be extended into single busbar with bypass or double busbar configurations, adapting seamlessly to diverse power system requirements.

Ideal for industrial, commercial, and utility applications, the XGN2 modular switchgear combines durability, efficiency, and adaptability—making it a trusted solution for stable power management.

Feature of High Voltage Switchgear

Our high voltage switchgear boasts a range of standout features that prioritize durability, safety, and flexibility, making it a reliable choice for diverse power system applications.

  1. Robust Assembled Structure: Crafted with an assembled (non-welded) design, the cubicle delivers exceptional mechanical strength while maintaining a sleek, aesthetic appearance—ensuring long-term stability and visual appeal in any setup.
  2. Strategic Switch Configuration & Safety Interlocks: The rear upper section houses a GN30-12 rotary disconnect switch, paired with a GN19-12C disconnect switch in the lower part. A procedure-based mechanical interlock device provides ironclad safety protection, safeguarding both operators and equipment during operation.
  3. Versatile Main Switch Options: Equipped with a high-performance monoblock main switch, it offers flexible choices including ZN63-12 (VS1-12) and VD4-12, adapting seamlessly to varied operational needs.
  4. Enhanced “Five-Proof” Interlock Security: Compulsory mechanical locking is integrated into the interlocks between main switches, disconnectors, and cubicle doors, fully meeting the critical “five-proof” interlock requirements. This design also enables easy, secure combination with ring main units, boosting system versatility.

These features collectively make our high voltage switchgear a trusted solution for safe, efficient, and adaptable power management.
