Description of ZYW1 Series Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker
The ZYW1 series intelligent universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the “circuit breaker”) is mainly applicable to power distribution networks with an alternating current of 50Hz or 60Hz, a rated working voltage of 400V or 690V, and a rated current ranging from 200A to 6300A. It is used to distribute electrical energy and protect lines and power equipment from hazards such as overload, undervoltage, short circuit, and grounding. The core component of the circuit breaker adopts an intelligent controller, which has precise selective protection and can avoid unnecessary power outages, thereby improving the reliability, continuity, and safety of the power supply system.
This circuit breaker can be widely applied in power stations, factories, mines, and modern high-rise buildings, especially in the power distribution systems of intelligent buildings. It is also widely used in the green energy fields such as wind power generation and solar power generation.
This circuit breaker complies with the IEC60947-2 and GB/T14048.2 standards.

Working Conditions of ZYW1 Series Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker
1. The ambient air temperature ranges from -5℃ to +40℃, and the 24-hour average does not exceed +35℃ (except for special orders).
2. The altitude of the installation location does not exceed 2000m.
3. The relative humidity of the air at the installation location does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C; it can have a higher relative humidity at lower temperatures; the average minimum temperature of the wettest month does not exceed +25°C, and the average maximum relative humidity of that month does not exceed 90%, taking into account condensation on the product surface due to temperature changes.
4. The pollution level is grade 3.
5. The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker and the coil of the under-voltage trip unit, and the primary coil of the power transformer is IV; the installation category of the other auxiliary circuits and control circuits is III.
6. The installation position should be vertical, and the inclination in all directions should not exceed 5°.
7. Normal storage and transportation conditions
A) The lower limit of the temperature is not less than -25℃, and the upper limit does not exceed +55℃;
B) The relative humidity (+25℃) does not exceed 95%;
C) During transportation, the product should be lifted and placed gently, not placed upside down, and should be avoided from severe impacts.
